Street Life vs. Street Lie

These days, taking shots of people is quite controversial for me. Previously I was challenged to capture a moment, an emotion, or a gesture etc. But then I started to think about it more like as of hitchhiking – one witnesses a street mise-en-scène, grabs his super-tele lens, presses a trigger – and OK, it’s ready. Besides, much easier to intrigue a viewer by showing something similar to what he/she is already used to. Everyday life scenes with people looking, speaking, fighting and even dying are accepted well by everybody. But how can I express myself by peeping at other people through the viewfinder?
